General Conditions of Sale (CGV) of Opulence France

Article 1: Scope of application

These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) apply to all sales of products made via the Opulence France website or in store and are valid on the date of the order. They are systematically accessible by the buyer when ordering.

Article 2: Orders

Orders can be placed on the Opulence France website, by telephone, or directly at one of our points of sale. Confirmation of the order entails acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions, acknowledgment of having perfect knowledge of them and waiver of the right to rely on one's own conditions of purchase or other conditions.

Article 3: Price

The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs or with delivery included which is free on French territory. Opulence France reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of confirmation of the order.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering, including for pre-ordered products. Payment can be made by credit card or any other means of payment offered on the site.

Article 5: Delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated when ordering within the time indicated on the order validation page. In the event of a delay, an email will be sent to the customer. In the event of damage during transport, a reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.

Article 6: Guarantee and withdrawal

Customers benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity and a guarantee against hidden defects. Customers have a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

Article 7: Intellectual property

All elements of the Opulence France site are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the brand. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site.

Article 8: Personal data

Opulence France is committed to protecting the personal data of its customers. The information collected is used only within the framework of the commercial relationship between the customer and Opulence France.

Article 9: Disputes

These distance selling conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing this, any legal action will be brought before the competent courts.

Article 10: Modifications to the General Conditions of Sale

Opulence France reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The new General Conditions of Sale will only be applicable to sales made after the modification.
