We take 2-3 days to process your order and then between 1-2 days depending on the destination to deliver it to you via Colissimo.

What is missing some articles on my order, what's going on?
Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If it contains for example articles from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. The rest of the order will certainly arrive shortly.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
